• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-end commercial construction projects, primarily in the dental and medical office sectors.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and address project needs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards throughout all project phases.
• Prepare and track project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Lead project meetings, including pre-construction, progress, and closeout discussions.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

  • 4+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, preferably experience in commercial space
  • Demonstrates readiness for listed responsibilities
  • Have strong tenure at past firms you have been employed with
  • Bachelors Degree in related field
