Specialist to be the face of the Co-op. You'll serve on a team to
help REI better engage with all its audiences. You'll interact with
REI Members and Customers daily. You're a "bank of knowledge" on
all products, equipment, assortments, and services. Your initiative
and productivity will help guide Retail Sales Specialists. The Sr.
Stores Sales Specialist role is excellent if you want to talk,

us?Responsibilities and QualificationsHow will you be
successful:
- Engage in REI Sales and Service Training to drive sales.
- Prepare store: stock, coordinate stocking process, handle
merchandise.
- Adjust visual presentations to inventory levels, new products,
and promotions.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock
levels.
- Train and mentor new staff.
- Partner with Department Managers to achieve goals and daily

- Retail sales and customer services experience (preferred).
- Open availability to work a flexible schedule.
