This position calls for an individual who has a strong background in real estate transactional law, is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, and has extensive knowledge of condo agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters, drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and agreements, and representing clients in real estate transactions.
