Project Manager, Calls Program & Agency OpsRemoteThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously and has a desire to revolutionize how people shop for insurance.We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, an interest in understanding complex business and marketplace dynamics, and a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.What you'll do:

• Manage multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, gather requirements, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Monitor and report on the progress of multiple projects.
• Assist with various program-level tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and working group sessions.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, project trackers, and organize all documentation related to the project.Who you are:
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on many tasks in parallel, with 2+ years of Project Management experience, or demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to confidently engage with senior leaders, as well as both technical and non-technical team members.
• Ideally, previous insurance or lead generation experience.
• Able to effectively manage multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficient in G-Suite Products.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
