The pay information provided offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications, but it does not encompass all the elements that contribute to your total compensation package. - Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, receiving a BS, BA, MS, MA, DPT Post professional master's or doctoral degree in related field (Health Policy, Business, Public Administration) is preferred - Working knowledge of Centers for Medicare Services, The Joint Commission, and Mass Dept. of Public Health preferred - Demonstrated competence directing a clinical service - Evidence of progressive leadership and management responsibility, including operations management, performance improvement and quality assessment initiatives, policy and procedure development, and effective collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders - Extensive clinical/professional experience in an acute care academic medical center environment required. Greater than 7 years preferred - Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts We are seeking a dynamic leader for our extensive acute care physical therapy services! The Physical and Occupational Therapy Department at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) consists of a large acute care service and 6 ambulatory care practices.
