If our purpose-driven commitment inspires you, we invite you to consider joining our team.As the Program Manager, M&A Integrations on the Corporate Development team, you'll play a pivotal role leading the organization's integration efforts in support of its inorganic growth goals and strategy.In addition to a desire to lead teams through change during an integration, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team's existing talents. For this Program Manager, Integration role, we need someone with proven leadership, organization, communication, and facilitation skills to help advance the company's inorganic growth goals.   • Perform integration project management functions, including project scope, engagement with cross-functional working teams, and execution.
  • Proactively identify integration deliverables' impact, risk, and dependencies.
  • Ensure partner objectives are aligned with the integration timeline and plan.
  • Build visibility and confidence in integration status and timelines, including status reporting, issue lists, and budgets.
  • Accountable for communicating all integration details and decisions to EFE Leadership (both Wealth Planning & Finance).
  • Support the M&A team during due diligence to help prepare for integration post-closing.
  • Assist in building an integration toolkit and framework that can support heavy M&A activity.Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent in work experience.
    • 3-8+ years' relevant work experience.
    • Passionate about working with financial advisors and their support system.
    • Prefer experience of working in a retail financial services firm.
    • Prefer experience or familiarity with financial planning tools and/or custodians.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • High detail orientation with the ability to see the big picture.
    • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent social skills to build relationships with cross-functional and remote teams, at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong organizational and follow-through skills; able to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities.
    • Ability to influence people and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks that meet quality standards.
    • Willingness to adhere to established processes while keeping an eye for opportunities to improve or develop processes, structures, and systems.
    • Experience with M&A integrations, preferably in the RIA space.Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $100,000-133,300. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
