Job Description:
STV is currently searching for a Senior Project Manager to join
our PM/CM Group out of our Boston Office.The Senior Project Manager
may serve as a lead on multiple projects and be responsible for the
oversight of the design and construction of facilities, related to
mechanical systems across a variety of markets including
Healthcare, Education, Municipal, Industrial, Federal and Science
and Technology industries.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- This position includes a combination of engineering oversight
and project management duties.
- This individual manages and coordinates MEP activities and
technical resources throughout the project delivery process.
- Coordinates project delivery based on scope, complexity, and
operational requirements.
- Oversees the quality, accuracy, and completeness of planning,
environmental compliance, engineering, design, construction and
compliance with established standards, procedures, codes, and
ordinances.
- Plans and develops schedules to ensure the proper and effective
distribution of assignments and manpower.
- Takes an active role in overseeing work that is being completed
in the field.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from an accredited
University or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 15 years in the design and construction of
engineering systems for large complex buildings.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving
skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint).
- Experience using energy modeling software is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Accreditation in LEED, Green Globe, or ASHRAE High Performance
Buildings is preferred.Compensation Range:$154,221.56 -
