Project Management within facility services as well as M&E or
HVAC? Do you have a proven track record of delivering projects on
time, on budget and agreed to specification? Are you comfortable
travelling, working at pace with analytical and goal oriented

you!What's it all about?As our M&E Project Manager you will
lead the key services replacement and upgrade plan, working closely
with our contractor partners to deliver projects on time and within
budget. You will also be working closely with our Operational,
Facilities and other support teams to ensure the delivery of
projects within our operating hotels, whilst making sure to
minimise customer disruption. As well as this, you will act as a
key point of contact for stakeholders across the business regarding
planning and execution of the project.The M&E Project Manager
will monitor the progression and effectiveness of the project

to?You are an experienced Project Manager in the facility sector,
with previous exposure to M&E or HVAC. You will be able to
demonstrate projects you have managed in line time budget and time
restraints. Alongside this, you will have excellent communication
skills in order to work with stakeholders at all levels.The
successful candidate will also have relevant qualifications and
demonstrable experience of driving continuous improvement and
