'Program Finance' plans, controls, and reports program performance
relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value
Management System. Program Finance is a well-rounded function that
exposes employees to the various facets of BAE Systems

challenging program? Join the F-15 EPAWSS Finance Team, part of the
TACAIR Product Line in the ECS Business Area. The candidate will
support the F-15 EPAWSS Production for Low Rate Initial Production
and Full Rate Production. This individual will be responsible for
financial execution and analysis of multiple production programs
within the portfolio including planning and baseline integrity,
internal reporting, Earned Value Management System and Life Cycle
Management compliance and financial salient forecasting. The
candidate will be expected to provide financial support, expertise,
and guidance to program managers and control account
managers.Essential Responsibilities:
- Significant program team contributor. Coordinating team
meetings and reviews and developing creative solutions to
problems
- Partnering with the contracts function for funding, billings,
collections, and other contractual items
- Working with Control Account Managers (CAM) to establish and
monitor program's budget through the use of earned value
management
- Developing financial forecasts and analyzing estimates at
completion
- Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
requirements such as Unit Production Cost, Hours Per Unit and other
salient metrics
- Proposal support through pricing basis of estimates, compiling
cost volumes, and preparing request for bid approvals (RBA)
- Implementing continuous improvement of current
processesRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting,
finance, or related degree / equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular, Excel and
Power Point
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical
skills
- Able to communicate and present financial data to other
functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse work
teams
- Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective
relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload
in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying
with policies and proceduresPreferred Education, Experience, &
Skills
- Experience in program finance on production contracts and/or
other finance functional disciplines
- Experience with financial systems, including Oracle, Hyperion,
and Cobra
- Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly
in a US Defense environment, including program costs, revenue
recognition, profit, cash, and collections
- Understanding and knowledge of industry practices and standards
as well as company policies, including EVMSPay InformationFull-Time
Salary Range: $66084 - $112343Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
