Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person
collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due
to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed
full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at

solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of
ingenuity and innovation. In this Second Shift role, the selected
candidate will be responsible for:
- Working in a manufacturing environment performing general lab
support including, debug of defective products, repair test
stations and interface test adaptors, drive quality, cost and
schedule to ensure optimum performance. Developing test procedures
and debug documents.
- Data collection and trend analysis for production hardware to
drive root cause and corrective action.
- Leading and mentoring technicians and junior engineers while
overseeing complex projects.
- Serving as a technical liaison with design, test, quality,
reliability and program engineering to drive continuous
improvements throughout the entire test process.
- Understanding of ESS testing and defects.Required Education,
Experience, & Skills
- BS degree in Engineering or related technical field is required
plus 4 or more years related experience; Masters with 2 years
experience; or Associates degree in a technical field with 6 years
experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu
of education.
- Critical understanding of RF/Microwave Test and Design.
- Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities and
ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent team player with project experience who is willing to
contribute and learn.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills BSEE
or equivalent plus 4+ years in RF/Microwave test and design.Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
