Assists in the Planning and
organization of production schedules to ensure timely delivery of
products while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.Monitors
production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
and adjust as necessary to meet quality targets and HPUsSupports
the Morning Team MeetingsReports any new factory/production issues
to Engineering and/or Ops manager in a timely mannerMaintains
proper staffing levels by assisting in the recruiting, selecting,
orienting, and training employeesPlans, monitors, and assesses job
results and reports results to the team.Participates in factory
assessments for FOD, ESD, Safety, and ComplianceImplements and
enforces policies, and procedures.Maintains safe and healthy work
environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards
and adhering to legal mandates.Identify issues in efficiency and
suggest improvementsCollaborates and cooperates with supervisors to
ensure key objectivesCoordinating labor, equipment and
materialsEnsures appropriately skilled resources are available and
assigned to provide comprehensive support to meet commitments for
quality, production, and delivery.Proactively supports and creates

Experience, & Skills The Module Development Facility (MDF), located
in the MEC building of the South Nashua campus, is seeking a Lead
to assist in supporting a multi-disciplinary and rapidly expanding
operations/engineering team that delivers MMICs and Prototype
Module assemblies for manufacturing here in South Nashua.
High School Diploma and 3 years work
experience or equivalent experienceGood practical experience with
MS OfficeStrong organizational and leadership skills-- together
with a results-driven approachStrong communication and
interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and an efficient problem
solverGood with learning then navigating new software applications
(Promis, Paperless, Solumina, Dage)Identify areas for improvement
and organize training opportunities for our teamPreferred
Education, Experience, & Skills Associate's degree in business or
management6 Sigma Green BeltExperience in a manufacturing
environment producing military-grade electronicsKnowledge of
Military standards like MIL-STD-883 and/or IPC-A-610.Experience in
cleanroom, ESD and FOD controlled areas.Pay InformationFull-Time
Salary Range: $62810 - $100540Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
