Join our New England Regional Sales Team at a company disrupting
the parking industry!We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales
Manager ready to amplify the reach of the most extensive
cloud-native parking technology solutions in the parking industry.
As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM - Boston), you will be
instrumental in increasing revenue in your territory by enhancing
existing partnerships and cultivating new ones by offering a
leading, comprehensive parking garage management system powered by
advanced AI technology.Are you ready to drive growth and make a

Boston Metro area.Previous experience in the parking industry is
required for this role.What You Will Do:
- Identify, nurture, and procure new business relationships
within your assigned region
- Assume ownership of the entire sales cycle - identify, qualify,
descope, negotiate, contract close, and hand off to the
implementation team
- Develop and maintain customer interactions with the purpose of
achieving consistent sales goals
- Travel within territory to prospect new business and maintain
existing relationships in addition to managing business through
telephone and virtual meetings
- Attend trade shows, proactively network, and showcase our
platform solutions to prospective clients
- Meet and exceed sales objectives and quotas
- Complete monthly reports detailing performance, forecasting,
and project bookings
- Prepare a weekly forecast and activity reportsWhat You Bring:
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, balance, and self-manage
multiple concurrent projects and activities
- Performance mindset with outstanding execution,
problem-solving, resourcefulness, and creativity
- Proven track record of building strong working relationships,
both internally and externally, and collaborating across all levels
and functions of the organization
- A passion for using data to drive both your success and the
company's
- Technical proficiency and comfort in using Salesforce (or
similar CRM), MS, and Google products
- Polished communication and presentation abilities
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a
customer-focused approachQualifications:
- 2 years parking sales/operations experience absolutely
required
- Experience in business development preferred
- Outside sales experience selling market-disrupting technologies
is a bonus
- College Educated or a Military Background
- Strong communication skills$100,000 - $120,000 a yearBase
salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and
experience level.Travel: Expect to be on site with customers 2-3
