We're looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Planning Manager to oversee production planning and analytics. Join a collaborative team that values precision, efficiency, and innovation.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to align production planning with demand forecasts and company objectives
• Oversee procurement activities, ensuring raw materials and packaging are available to meet production schedules
• Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies
• Manage inventory levels, reducing waste and maintaining optimal stock to meet customer demand
• Coordinate warehouse operations to ensure smooth shipping, receiving, and material handling
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and develop solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and service
• Lead cross-functional meetings to communicate supply chain strategies and ensure alignment across departmentsQualifications
  • BS / BA is required
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, supply planning, scheduling within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including scheduling, supply analysis, and inventory control
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems with intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional supply chain team
