systems engineer to contribute to the technical development on a
program within our defense portfolio. As a Systems Engineer, you
will work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to
design, integrate, debug, and test our Electronic Warfare systems.
Focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions
through the lifecycle of system development, requirements
development, integration & test, test planning, and execution in a
field deployment environment.Job responsibilities may
include:Creation and/or review of systems, software, component,
subsystem requirements and operational conceptsAllocation of
requirements to engineering disciplinesDesign of test plans, test
procedures and reportsExecution of integration, verification and
validation testsParticipation in trade studies, peer reviews and
customer meetingsPresent findings at design reviews internally or
with customersCreation and/or review of systems, software,
component, subsystem requirements and operational conceptsDeriving,
decomposing, allocation and traceability of requirements to
engineering disciplinesCreation of test plans, test procedures and
reportsCreation and/or review of algorithmsExecution of
integration, verification and validation testsParticipation in
trade studies, peer reviews and customer meetingsPresent findings
at design reviews internally or with customersIdentifying System
Technical Performance MeasuresCreation of external and internal
interface definitionsParticipation in customer meetingsBecause of
the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the
requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this
particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means
work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100%

- Bachelor Degree in Technical disciplinePreferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
- More than 8 years of working experience as an engineer using a
technical degree
- Experience in one or more of the domain or technology related
to Electronic Warfare
- Product development experience including requirement analysis,
architecture, system design, integration and test
- Experience with RF and EW systems.
- Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and
allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design
solutions
- Experience with Integration and test
- Experience leading small teams

Range: $112420 - $191070Please note: This range is based on our
market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined
by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
