In Springfield, MA Provide quantity and quality of services to
DCF-involved families in accordance with the specified FSS
models.
Work with the parents/caregivers to achieve the goals.
Dev of a youth and family treatment plan in collaboration with the
youth, parent/caregiver(s).
Review and mod of plan as necessary.
Review/dev of a risk mgt/safety plan in collaboration with the
youth and parent/caregiver.
Work on child safety and welfare issues, school advocacy, law
enforcement and court related needs, as well as behavioral and
medical health needs.
Identification of community resources and dev of natural supports
for youth and parent/caregiver(s) to support and sustain
achievement of the youth's treatment plan goals and objectives.
Master's degree in Psychology or related or equivalent using a
credential evaluation company plus 1 year exp as Clinical
psychologist or related.
