Job Description:
The Sous Chef II position is responsible for supporting unit
management in hot and cold food production, supervising kitchen
staff and aspects of production. This role may involve supervising
kitchen staff and production, as well as assisting management in
purchasing, inventory control and training. The ideal candidate
will have a positive can-do attitude, ability to stand for extended
periods, and follow health and safety regulations. Benefits for
