Join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts as a full time Culinary Concessions Supervisor. We're seeking an experienced Cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food service and culinary excellence to our guests.Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $27.00

• Supervise kitchen team members to maintain quality and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain and operate kitchen equipment according to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage food cost while overseeing food storage and rotation.
• Prepare food to specifications and perform side work duties as per guidelines.
• Attend kitchen meetings and rotate to other areas as needed.Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience as a line cook with supervisory or lead line cook experience.
  • Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
  • Basic math skills to understand and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
  • Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals of hot and cold foods.Physical Requirements:
    • Lift and carry large pans weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Standing and walking for entire length of shift.Shift Details: Day shift, evening shift, holidays, Monday to Friday, evenings as needed, weekends, 8 hour shift, 12 hour shift, event based.About Us: Delaware North purchased TD Garden in 1975 and continues to own and operate the iconic venue.
