Job Summary

This role will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement patient education programs to promote health and wellness.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements

• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
