The OpportunityDelaware North Sportservice is seeking a skilled Culinary Concessions Supervisor to join our team at TD Garden in Boston. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Cook who excels in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional food service and culinary excellence to our guests.Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen team members to maintain quality standards and cleanliness
• Maintain and operate kitchen equipment, ensuring food is prepared according to health and safety regulations
• Monitor and manage food cost, overseeing proper breakdown, rotation, and storage of food
• Prepare food to specifications, utilizing kitchen equipment effectively
• Attend kitchen meetings and training sessionsQualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook with supervisory experience
  • Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations
  • Basic math skills with ability to calculate recipe measurements
  • Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentalsPhysical Requirements
    • Ability to lift and carry large pans weighing up to 50 pounds
