Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst with experience in project/program management to lead junior analysts and support our organization through process analysis, requirement gathering, and data-driven decision-making. This is a client-facing role requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead junior analysts and oversee business process analysis and improvement initiatives. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Develop visual aids (e.g., process flow diagrams, use cases) to simplify complex information. Create compelling visuals and presentations using clear and impactful graphics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and process improvements. Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and support business decision-making. Assist with user acceptance testing and system implementation support. Maintain and update project documentation while staying informed on industry trends.








Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Familiarity with business process modeling and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Regional travel
