Job Description:

Hill Hotel is seeking a hands-on, passionate General Manager to
join our team in the heart of Boston.The General Manager maximizes
hotel value by achieving revenue growth, expense control, excellent
guest service and maximization of human resources. This position
develops and/or maintains all hotel operations consistent with
Olympia Hotel Management values and standards. The ideal candidate
has a strong background in food & beverage, mastering the art of
service and culinary excellence, and has since expanded their
expertise to include general management. This is not a 9-to-5,
Monday-through-Friday role-it's a chance to be deeply engaged,
working alongside a dedicated team to deliver unforgettable guest
experiences.We're looking for a dynamic leader who values building

EducationMinimum of 5 years of leadership in both F&B and hotel
operations, as well as a college degree and/or equivalent work
experience required.Performance MeasurementFinancial Results, Guest
Service Scores, Inspections, and STAR Reports; 90 Day performance
review, on-going feedback from supervisor, attendance,
