We are a full-service award-winning healthcare advertising agency looking for a flexible, savvy project manager to oversee a wide spectrum of advertising projects taking them from start to finish.

What you can expect day-to-day:
Working at the center of activity, you'll help to drive timelines, wrangle budgets and keep internal teams happy, all in a day's work. And while the job isn't always highly visible, you'll be a part of the charge on executing and leading large-scale, fully-integrated projects in both print and digital. You'll:

• Review and optimize high-level client program/campaign and project plans for the year
• Obtain a deep understanding of client expectations and rules of engagement
• Develop dedicated, actionable project plans and collaborate with key team members to execute
• Craft and implement a plan for new or shifting tactics
• Review and provide critical input to project brief, budget, and schedule prior to kickoff

  Minimum Required:
  
  • Bachelors Degree
    Other Required:
    
    • Minimum 3+ years agency or related marketing experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
      Preferred qualifications:
      
      • 1 year+ of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, medical communications, and/or medical education industry

        Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
        
        Reasonable estimate of the current range
        
        $60,000 - $90,000 USD
