Job Description:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal
candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations,
ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing
profitability.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations
- Train and supervise staff
- Maintain inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor sales performance and strategize to meet sales
targets
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Conduct employee orientation and performance
evaluationsRequirements
- Previous experience in retail sales and sales management
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesJob Type:
Full-timePay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
