Job Description:

A company is looking for a Head of Sales Training & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic vision for sales training and enablement
Build and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team
Oversee Salesforce training and partner with Sales Operations to measure training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in sales training or enablement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams
Strong background in instructional design and training delivery
Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
