Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person
collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due
to the nature of this role, it will be performed full-time on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems
facility 100% of the time. Full time on-site second shift
Mon-Thursday 3:30PM-2AM.Our employees work on the world's most

government contract, this specific position requires US
citizenship.Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of production
assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and
sequences. Lays out and assembles units for production equipment
according to designs and specifications. Adjusts and calibrates
systems as needed. Modifies equipment by adding, removing, or
altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and
sketches. Corrects malfunctions by adjusting or replacing parts or
components as directed. Uses hand and small power tools, and
various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties. May
monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process
or other control procedures.Required Education, Experience, &
Skills High School Diploma or GED and 2 years work experience or
equivalent experience.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills -
Digital, Analog, Microelectronics and RF test experience.- A
comprehensive understanding of test instruments such as
Oscilloscope, multi meters, RF analyzers.- DoD/Aerospace Testing
Experience.- Effective communication and teamwork.- Ability to read
and interpret schematics and diagrams- Experience in using Excel.-
Active or Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.Essential
Functions and Qualifications:Follows complex test specifications,
test procedures and verbal instructions to perform a variety of
routine standard tests.which required reading, interpreting, and
verifying specifications using complex test stand setups.Assists in
complex tests involving the simultaneous use of a wide variety of
standard test equipment.Determines quality of equipment being
tested by checking test results against specific test procedures
and data sheets.Ability to analyze failures using electronic test
equipment and software.Performs troubleshooting of sub-assemblies
to component level, diagnoses deficiencies in equipment and
recommends rework where necessary.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary
Range: $64723 - $103557Please note: This range is based on our
market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined
by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
