• 40 Water Street - 40 Water Street Boston, Massachusetts 02109 United StatesYour Impact:--- Partner with stakeholders, strategists, experience leads, and architects to frame business goals and value pools from which we can shape product propositions that provide transformative business outcomes and user experience--- Research, capture, define, and analyze business and user needs--- Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories--- Conduct thorough, data-driven analysis and recommend effective solutions--- Help resolve issues, risks and dependencies--- Translate product vision into a roadmap containing well-defined, prioritized features that will realize the product vision and value--- Validate and present the business case to the C-level executives and lead business reviews to ensure the team prioritizes the right features--- Serve as a voice of the user among the cross-functional team, always understanding the user needs--- Establish objective goals with success and acceptance criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes--- Collaborate with product owners, solution managers, and cross-functional product managers, to ensure alignment--- Collaborate with system architects to envision and prioritize system enablers--- Build and maintain a trusting relationship with stakeholders, teams, and vendors; develop influence without authorityQualificationsSet Yourself Apart With:--- Familiarity with database, visualization, and data science tools e.g. SQL, Python, APIs--- Development or technical background--- Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager designation--- Certified Agile Product Manager designation--- Scrum Master experienceEducation:--- Business Degree or related experience--- MBA would be a plusAdditional InformationLearning Culture:Learning is part of our DNA.
