(CHIA), we serve as stewards of Massachusetts health data,

Procurement Analyst who is eager to join a modernizing CHIA Finance
team to help realize the agency's fiscal and procurement goals. The
ideal candidate will be extremely detail-driven, a strong writer
and copy editor, analytical, and possess a strong knowledge of the
Commonwealth's procurement and fiscal administration policies,
tools, and systems.As the Procurement Analyst at CHIA, you will
have the opportunity to:
- Support Agency Procurement and Purchasing Processes: You will
be at the heart of CHIA's financial operations, ensuring compliance
with laws, regulations, and guidance from the Operational Services
Division (OSD) and the Office of the State Comptroller. You'll
manage end-to-end procurement processes and purchasing activities,
ensuring that the agency operates efficiently and effectively.
- Bring Your Expertise to Procurement and Contracts: As part of
CHIA's Finance team, you'll spearhead the development and
coordination of solicitation documents and procurement materials.
This includes proofreading and preparing evaluation documents,
award notices, and other essential items. Your expertise will
ensure compliance with OSD requirements, and you'll manage
procurement files, assist with public records requests, and keep
processes aligned with policy updates.
- Lead Contract Management Efforts: Step into a leadership role
by managing CHIA's contract schedules, Statements of Work (SOWs),
and Interdepartmental Service Agreements (ISAs). You'll plan and
coordinate renewals, amendments, and other critical actions while
ensuring compliance with procurement laws.
- Support Agency Purchasing Processes: You'll play a crucial role
in CHIA's purchasing activities, coordinating supply and IT
equipment orders, preparing purchase orders, and liaising with
vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure Financial Oversight and Collaboration: In addition to
procurement responsibilities, you'll support financial operations
by processing accounting transactions, managing accounts in MMARS,
and assisting with spending and reimbursement tasks.*CHIA offers
agency-specific flexible work and IT arrangements.The full-time
salary range for this position is $77,257.18 -
$112,455.20.QualificationsFirst consideration will be given to

accounting, business administration or business management may be
substituted for a maximum of one year of the required (A)
