Job Description The Digital Electronic Warfare System (DEWS)
program within the Tactical Aircraft Electronic warfare Solutions
(TacAir) product line is seeking a passionate and experienced
project finance analyst to support this exciting and challenging
sustainment program. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring
timely and accurate program financial analysis for all programs
within the assigned program area. This includes external & internal
reporting, proposal support, leading program Estimates at Complete
(EACs), managing cash flow, supporting quarterly business reviews,
and leading the Integrated Business Plan for assigned programs.
This individual will develop relationships as a full business
partner with the program teams, support the business area strategy
and provide financial data and analysis for
decision-making.Hybrid:Because this role involves a combination of
collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form
of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and
remote. To be considered for this role, the candidate must reside
within a reasonable commute of Nashua NH.The finance organization

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities include:
- Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
requirements both internally and externally
- Reporting & presenting financials to management
- Serving as a full business partner to the cross functional
program team
- Working with the contracts function for funding, billings, and
other contractual items
- Creating and influencing program baselines through earned value
management
- Developing and monitoring program risks and opportunities
- Developing financial forecasts and analyzing estimates at
completion
- Significant program team contributor. Coordinating team
meetings and reviews.
- Ensure compliance to internal controls while seeking out
opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Proposal support through pricing basis of estimates, and
preparing request for bid approvals (RBA); participating in
fact-finding, statements of position, and negotiations.Required
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting,
finance, or related degree / and 6 years of work experience;
alternatively, a master's degree and 4 years of work
experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical
skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data
to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable
manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work
teams
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload
in a fast paced environment
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying
with company policies and proceduresPreferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional
disciplines
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, Cobra, and
iPortal
- Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly
in a US Defense environment
- Experience with proposals
- Understanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as
well as company policiesPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$99410 - $168997Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
