Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person
collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due
to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed
full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at

Weekend Shift who develops solutions to complex problems which
require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. This candidate
will work in a manufacturing environment performing general lab
support.Responsibilities will include:
- Data collection and trend analysis for production hardware to
drive root cause and corrective action to reduce defects improve
yields while reducing cost.
- Ability to create test procedures, debug guides and provide
daily direction to the technicians including scheduling to optimize
throughput.
- Technical liaison with design, test, quality, reliability and
program engineering to drive continuous improvements throughout the
entire test process.
- Understanding of ESS testing and defects.Required Education,
Experience, & Skills
- BS degree in Engineering or related technical field is required
plus 2 or more years related experience; Masters without field
experience; or Associates degree in a technical field with 4 years.
experience. Degree must be from an accredited university, college,
or school.
- Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities and
ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent team player with project experience who is willing to
contribute and learn.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- BSEE or equivalent.
- RF Theory and Design Concepts.
- RF Test experience.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$77809 - $132275Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
