Senior Electrical Engineer

Assist in translating system requirements into compliant complex printed board assembly designs.Technical trade studies, evaluation of technology insertion/upgrades, laboratory test and troubleshooting.Integrate Evaluate hardware module performance using simulation tools and prototype hardware in a Laboratory environment.Create design documentation and verification test procedures.It will be expected that the candidate be proficient in state-of-the-art design and analysis tools, laboratory equipment and techniques, and executing in a small team environment.On top of numerous diverse and challenging career opportunities, BAE offers flexible schedules (including every other Friday off), competitive compensation, and an excellent benefit package that includes tuition reimbursement for advanced degrees.#CEMAEngineeringRequired Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with product development and support of electronics equipment
• Solid fundamentals of digital/analog/power/mixed signal electronics and interface/communication standards and understanding of electronics manufacturing and test methodologies
• Experience developing compact embedded systems for harsh environments
• Familiar with electrical engineering design, schematic capture and analysis tools
• Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with printed board assembly (PBA, PCB) design using Cadence toolsFamiliarity with AS9145 compliant processesExperience with FPGA designsExperience with Electronic Warfare systems or high power RF software defined radio (SDR) hardwareExperience with radar systemsLocal Power Supply DesignKnowledge of memory interfaces such as DDR, QSPIKnowledge of data transfer protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, JESD 204, I2C, JTAGControl account management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsActive DOD security clearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
