motivated Associate Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join
our EHS team at an exciting client site in the vibrant Boston, MA
area. This full-time position offers a chance to make a meaningful

grow with a leading global organization!Responsibilities:
- Manage laboratory inspections, documenting unsafe conditions,
and collaborating with staff to develop JHAs and identify
project-specific risks.
- Lead incident investigations, conduct risk assessments, and
implement corrective actions to ensure a safe workplace.
- Organize safety meetings with senior management to proactively
address hazards and risks.
- Oversee chemical management, review new chemical approvals, and
ensure proper chemical storage, segregation, and compliance.
- Conduct periodic hazardous chemical inventory reviews for
regulatory compliance.
- Lead lab safety training sessions for new hires and employees
needing recertification (e.g., bloodborne pathogens, Safe
Start).
- Lead Large Quantity Generator requirements and develop
contingency plans for waste management.
- Provide consulting on spill response, cleanup, and local
reporting to agencies as needed.
- Implement biosafety, hazard communication, and chemical safety
programs.
- Monitor COVID-19 safety measures (population density, social
distancing, mask use, cleaning, etc.).
- Expertise in EHS regulatory compliance, with local experience
in Cambridge a plus.To be successful in the role, you will
have:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or EHS-related field
- 3-5 years of experience in lab safety, biosafety, and hazardous
materials/waste management (consulting or EHS experience
preferred)
- Experience with risk assessments and accident
investigations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications
- Professional certifications (CIH, ASP, CSP, CHMM) preferred,
but not required
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including Fed-OSHA
standards, and experience conducting compliance audits.What we
