Talent Development Consultant is an exciting opportunity to
leverage your strong project management and organizational skills
to deliver programs that drive the development and performance of
our global teams. Reporting to the Director of Talent Development,
this role will work collaboratively across the HR COEs and with HR
Business partners. In this role, you will be responsible for
project management and operations for PTC's global performance and
development programs, tracking and reporting talent metrics,
managing talent development vendor relationships, and coordinating
talent assessments and development tools.Responsibilities:
- Project manages the performance management program cycle and
Talent Development Initiatives.
- Monitors progress and reporting, providing insights for roll-up
to CHRO.
- Updates enablement resources and process documentation.
- Identifies learning and development themes to inform
programming.
- Facilitates focus groups as needed.
- Collaborates with HRBP and HR COEs to ensure alignment on key
priorities and execution of programming.
- Manages vendor relationships, and coordinates the execution of
the executive learning portfolio.
- Assists with career path development program.Skills and
Knowledge:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to drive accountability with the project team.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and listening
skills.
- Curious, resourceful, and able to problem-solve.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms, etc.).
- Customer focused.Experience:
- 5 years of working experience, 1-3 years of work experience in
HR.
- Experience managing projects.
- Experience in Talent and/or Learning Development a plus.Minimum
Qualifications:
