Then the infrastructure team is for you!Hatch is currently seeking
a highly motivated Senior Vehicle Electrical Engineer to join our
North American Infrastructure division in the Vehicle Electrical
group in our Boston, MA office.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 15 years
of professional experience in the rail vehicle electrical systems
(Streetcars, LRVs, Heavy Rail Transit Cars, Commuter Cars,
Locomotives) design and maintenance. Transit Authority engineering
and maintenance experience is a plus. Must have working knowledge
of core electrical engineering concepts (analog/digital circuit
design, power engineering, networking/telecommunications, AC/DC
motor theory, control systems, and software development).
Familiarity with the APTA, FRA, IEEE, IEC/EN, NFPA, and other
industry standards related to rail vehicle design is expected. Must
possess excellent analytical, written and oral communication
skills, and work well in a team. PE registration is desirable but
not required. Both domestic and foreign travel is required.Duties
