We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Production Supervisor with a passion for excellence and great leadership skills in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production floor and 2nd shift staff, enhancing productivity, and ensuring safety. • Supervise, guide, and lead all aspects of the 2nd shift production operations.
• Oversee 2nd shift production staff.
• Implement safety and quality control measures in line with company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot any production issues.
• Manage employee performance and attendance and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Enforce compliance with all local and federal safety regulations.

  • Bachelor's Degree but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production related position.
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Job Offer
