A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst -
REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement
opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure
project alignment with business objectives
Develop and execute test cases to ensure quality and accuracy of
ServiceNow solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ITSM
processes
ITIL Foundation certification or higher preferred
Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business
requirements
Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture and integration
technologies
