Volt Workforce Solutiions is hiring Eletrical/Mechanical Assembers in FOXBORO, Massachusetts 02035!

In this role you would:
Assemble and wire electrical panels and cabinets using a variety of hand and/or power tools and crimping of small gauge wires.
Perform electrical wiring assembly on medium to large sized parts or panels.
Read and review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are followed, and that work order paperwork is completed as the work is performed.
Apply 5S and Continuous Improvement principles and practices
Embrace and be apart of a team focused on safety, quality, customers, and productivity.
Collaborate with Engineering on poke yoke, continuous improvement, process, training, and other measures within the group.

Your minumum qualifications should be:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and wiring/block diagrams.
Experience with basic hand tools, air tools, gages, torque wrenches and mechanical assemblies.
Capability to to lift up to 26 pounds on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time and ability to reach overhead, pull, push and bend at times.
Communicate, write, and speak effectively in English.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High school OR GED graduation or accreditation
Willingness to submit to education and criminal background prescreening in the event that an offer is made


Schedule: Monday through Thursday, starting at or between 5:30am to 6:30pm with shifts lasting ten hours each
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr paid every two weeks through Volt
Location: FOXBORO, Massachusetts 02035
