      What We're Looking For:
      The ideal candidate will bring:
      
      • 1-3 years of experience in trusts and estates law, with a preference for estate planning and administration exposure.

      • Outstanding academic credentials and prior experience at a comparable top-tier law firm.
        
      • Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal.
        
      • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
