• Support the Business Development function through the searching, tracking, reviewing, and reporting of new projects and business opportunities.
• Research projects, companies, key individuals, committees, etc. from various sources, and track potential construction leads into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
• Perform analytical data reporting when necessary.
• Daily updates and ongoing maintenance of highly accurate data in the CRM system as it is entered.
• Various other administrative tasks as needed.Required Experience:
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in a business-related major required.
  • Some experience working in a professional setting.
  • Experience or interest in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
