Operations Assistant



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team and assist our management staff with a variety of essential daily and weekly tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to the smooth operation of office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Controller, Production Planner, and Production Coordinator.
Accurately input data into the company system.
Print customers' shipping labels.
Process customers' shipments.
Match vendor invoices with receivers.
Enter vendor invoices into the company system.
Manage tasks related to filing, printing, copying, and scanning documents.
Assist with various other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to follow instructions and efficiently complete routine tasks.
Prior administrative experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Minimum of an Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with at least two years of relevant experience.
