A company is looking for a Workday HCM Functional Lead to provide expertise in Workday HCM configuration and support client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expertise in Workday HCM configuration and EIB load management
Support typical Workday HCM functions to ensure a seamless user experience
Guide clients through Workday functionalities and best practices

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with Workday HCM, Talent and Absence, and configuration
Strong functional skills with a focus on consulting
Experience with EIB loads
Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
Experience in presenting problem-solving rationale to diverse audiences
