About Us: Saint Vincent Hospital is a leading healthcare provider in Worcester, Massachusetts, committed to delivering high-quality care to our community.Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Echocardiogram Technologist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, you will perform and monitor echocardiogram procedures, calculate and document values, and communicate with physicians and staff.Responsibilities:

• Perform and monitor echocardiogram procedures using departmental protocols
• Calculate and document values for review and interpretation by physicians
• Communicate with physicians, managers, and co-workers about patient clinical conditions
• Assist with TEEs and stress testing, providing images to support physician diagnosis
• Identify problems and implement interventions, including reporting critical values
• Set priorities for completion of studies based on acuity, patient preference, and coordination of care with nursing and other ancillary services
• Provide EKG and Holter services when Echo workload permitsQualifications:
  • Graduate of accredited CAAHEP or diagnostic medical sonography school, or at least 6 months of clinical experience
  • Registry eligible and BLS
