independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format,
with time split between working onsite a minimum of 3 days per
week, and the remainder remotely. To be considered for this

be considered.We are currently seeking a qualified Executive
Assistant to join our ES Legal function, where they will support
the VP of Legal / Chief Counsel, as well as assist other members of
the executive legal team.Essential Responsibilities:
- Provides confidential secretarial services to Vice President,
Legal and other attorneys, which by nature of the position involves
high level contacts and exposure to sensitive information
necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and
judgement.
- Plans and organizes work and develops procedures to meet
requirements. Screens visitors, makes appointments, receives
telephone calls, mails and faxes.
- Conducts typical administrative activities (e.g., document
mark-ups, assistance with research, and more autonomous projects),
as assigned.
- Manage all billings, including processing of outside counsel
invoices, tracking and reporting quarterly outside counsel spend,
compiling and submitting year-end financial accruals.
- Compiles special reports, conducts special projects and
performs administrative duties as required.
- Communicates with executive, administrative and line management
personnel to gather or convey relevant information.
- Organizes and maintains confidential files and records, such as
litigation and investigatory information and other matters.
- Performs a wide range of services for the executives, including
such items as making recommendations and reservations for travel
and maintaining executive's outside appointment calendar.
- Support of Legal leadership team to include travel
arrangements, meeting and conference coordination, event planning,
and reporting.
- Ability to set up systems to promote collaboration among the
leadership team - SharePoint, meeting spaces, other
applications.
- Desire to learn development, setup, and maintenance of these
applications in support of creating a more efficient, connected
team.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies, new/replacement IT
equipment, submitting facilities/maintenance requests on behalf of
the Legal function.Please note that pursuant to a government
contract, this specific position requires US citizenship or
Permanent Resident status.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Requires an Associate's Degree in Secretarial Sciences or
equivalent and a minimum of seven (7) years directly related
experience; or a high school education plus one (1) year of
specialized instruction and ten (10) years' experience. Must be
highly skilled in office automation tools and Microsoft
applications.
- Requires a high degree of tact, initiative, accuracy, judgement
and superior interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of
business practices and procedures and the ability to interface well
with all levels of management.
- Must possess a detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive
work ethic.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Prior experience working as an Executive Assistant in a large,
dynamic, fast-paced, corporate setting, would be ideal.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams,
PowerPoint, Excel, Word, 365), and other tools and systems (ex.
Concur, AutoTime, Coupa, GEMS or related applications)
- Expertise in managing schedules and calendars for executive
leadership with complex time commitments.Pay InformationFull-Time
Salary Range: $62210 - $99535Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
