Job Description Full-time onsite:
- Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration
and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature
of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems

will work with engineering to support the product lines across
multiple processes, which include but are not limited to wire and
ribbon bonding, tuning and testing, environmental stress screening.
Training from the engineering team will be provided, this is the
perfect opportunity to get involved with engineering support to a
production factory. This equipment will be used on TACAIR Microwave
Factory on a variety of products including EPAWSS, LRASM and 56C.
Must have experience with a microscope and have knowledge of
MIL-STD-883.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Third or fourth year undergraduate student
- Must be in Junior or Senior year
- Good academic standingPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Someone who enjoys hands on work with electronics not just
theoretical.
- Experience with (or desire to learn): Phase Noise Analyzer
(PNA), Spectrum Analyzer, RF Signal Generator, Power Meter,
Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, etc
- Communication skills... they will be taking direction and doing
work for Engineers in the group.
- Detail oriented as they will be analyzing data and reviewing
schematics.
- A willingness to reach out to people, self-motivated.Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $48620 - $67640Please note: This
range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual
salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not
limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and
internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as
skills, education, and experience.Temporary employees generally are
not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate
in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours
per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance
