They stand as a respected developer in the area, seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager who is passionate about commercial real estate.DescriptionThe Successful Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leasing Support, Vacancy Planning, design coordinating
• Establishing landlord and tenant delivery obligations for the portfolio
• Working alongside Tenant Construction Managers
• Supporting pre-lease & lease negotiations - pricing/cost analysis
• Leasing and Marketing Support
• Coordinating with project architects and engineers
• Utilize necessary technologiesProfileThe Successful Project Manager candidate will have:
  • 7-12 years of Project Management experience
  • Multifamily or Mixed-Use project experience
  • Soft Skills **great communicator, be able to interact/ communicate with clients**
  • A passion for commercial real estate
  • Civil Engineering background, contractor or developer
