A company is looking for a Live Broadcast Operations Specialist
to support live broadcast experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor live broadcasts and troubleshoot issues in real-time
Onboard partners and serve as the primary operations point of
contact
Manage scheduled events and provide operational support for
broadcasts
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in operations, customer support, technical
support, or account/partner management
Experience using Excel and/or basic data & insights tools
Highly organized with strong multi-tasking and prioritization
skills
Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
Ability to work non-traditional hours on an occasional basis
