Job Description:

Join the Evolution Bar & Bistro team in downtown Manchester, NH, as a talented Chef de Partie. We offer an elevated pub fare experience with a European twist. Your role will be to manage individual stations and support the kitchen's efficiency and safety while maintaining high-quality food production and service.Key Responsibilities:

• Cook high-quality dishes according to specifications and standards
• Work with the Commis Chef to manage station setup
• Manage station during service
• Assist with deliveries and restocking
• Maintain kitchen and food safety standards
• Understand and assist with training on kitchen equipment
• Sharpen and use knives properly
• Report to the Chef de Cuisine
• Hold Serv-Safe certificationRequirements:
  • Previous experience in food production and kitchen management
  • Proficiency in fine dining, restaurant, or banquet settings
  • Strong skills in food preparation and presentation
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices
  • Experience in kitchen management is a plusWork Details:
    • Job Type: Full-time
    • Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
    • Shift: Day, evening, and night shifts available
