THE ROLEAs an All Saints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.Most of the day will be spent on the shop floor, styling and influencing our customers, but still there will also be an opportunity to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations.You will work closely with the team, supporting the store in reaching its targets, selling our collections to our customers, and ensuring our boutique looks fabulous at all times.You will be provided with excellent training tools and product knowledge. - We seek exceptional passion for elegant fashion and work with customers to ensure their best shopping experience. - Must be friendly and driven and able to work also alone and independently - Delivering excellent customer service to the customers - Assisting the brides in finding the perfect dress for the special day - Assisting the mothers and the guest in finding the perfect dress or accessories for the eventExperience, Skills, and Knowledge - Excellent time management - Strong attention to detail - Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands - Excellent interpersonal skills - supporting both a team environment and customer service - Excellent English communication- verbal and written - Be able to work also alone and independently - Goal-oriented: the ability to stay focused on creating winning resultsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 16 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:Wellesley, MA 02482: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work authorizationRequire a work authorization for the United States.Applicants who don't meet this requirement will be rejected.Must have Experience:Customer service: 3 years (Required)EnglishTime managementFashion StylingFashion Retail, SalesWork Location: In person
