Job Description:

Collaborate with market nursing leadership and staff to develop, implement and evaluate educational programs for nursing personnel. Implement comprehensive education programs for assigned units/clinics and ensure program revisions meet regulatory expectations and national education practice standards. Provide consultation for continuing education and professional development opportunities. Provide leadership to preceptors and serve as a role model through educational programs and ongoing coaching and mentoring. Participate in quality performance improvement activities and perform other duties as assigned.

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
• Requires at least five years of clinical nursing experience, with at least two in a specialization area.
• Requires experience in the teaching and learning process.
• Requires a Registered nurse licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of MA.
