Job Description:
A senior software engineer is required to lead a team of engineers
on a high-profile project. The candidate will be responsible for
designing and implementing software solutions, mentoring junior
engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key
responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing software components,
- Collaborating with the product team to define project
requirements,
- Leading code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding
standards,
- Mentoring junior engineers to improve their skills and
knowledge,
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks,
- Collaborating with the QA team to ensure software quality,
- Participating in agile planning and estimating.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background,
excellent communication skills, and experience in leading
high-performing teams.
