Job Summary:

Saint Vincent Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our PCU department on a rotating schedule. As a member of our nursing team, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care plans to assigned patients. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, ensuring high-quality nursing care, and managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities:
--- Assess and plan care for assigned patients
--- Implement direct clinical care to patients on a per-shift basis
--- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
--- Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
--- Manage resources effectively to support patient care

Requirements:
--- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a nurse
--- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
--- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills
--- Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession
